As the world's largest human resource management Organizations, Oil & Gas Skills (OGS) has a responsibility to set and support ethical standards for the human resource profession. The purposes of OGS shall be to promote the use of sound and ethical human resource management practices in the profession in the oil and gas industry and to be the voice of the profession requirements on the human resource management issues, Oil & Gas Skills (OGS) was established in May 2005, under the Egyptian investment low, headquartered at new Maddi, Cairo, OGS started its business with a mission to provide world class oil & gas vocational training and education, providing resources and consultancies services to the overall Egyptian oil & gas sector and the Middle East area.  

We strived to deliver sustainable performance, that require combination of factors, our investment should be for the long term, we have to attract and retain the best tutors and consultancies, we must work with others toward a sustainable market environment, and we must build trust through good relationships with both customers and contractors based on mutual advantages and support that will bring benefits to every one concerned.

Along with the last two years Oil & Gas Skills (OGS) has succeeded to build strong relations and join a partnership agreement with the most reputable vocational education and training organization in the world, like North Alberta institute of technology (NAIT), Colorado School of Mines CSM, OGCI-Petroskills and University of Aberdeen,  to deliver a world class services to the oil & gas training, development and consultancy services.

We hope to meet your current and emerging training and development needs, transfer skills and knowledge on a partnership basis.
