Course Objective:

Contracts Management in Project course is specifically designed to equip trainees with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage contracts and to enhance their knowledge about the legal commitments of contracts.

Who Should Attend:

- Project Managers, Project Engineers or Individuals who work in the project Management field; their work is in touch with contracts and legal obligations. - Contracts and Procurement Managers who need to enhance their knowledge about the contracts management in the projects environment, the common terminology and good practice in the contracts life cycle.

Course Content:

Day 1 - Introduction to contract management - Identify the basic terminology - Identify the contract management processes Day 2 - Discuss the concepts and principles of contract law - Identify the different contracting methods Day 3 - Describe the pricing arrangements - Discuss the main obligations of the different contracting phases; pre-award, award and post-award phase.
