Global Maintenance
Course Objective:
• This course will provide the participant with the information and skills needed to correctly employ predictive and preventive maintenance programs commonly in the petroleum industry. • A large percentage of the course will be dedicated to hands-on learning in a lab / workshop setting. This philosophy will help the participant develop a high level of practical skills useful in industry.
Who Should Attend:
• The participant who should attend this course should be currently working engineers or expect to be working in mechanical maintenance. • The participant should be expected in their daily activities to repair and maintain equipment found in an industrial environment. • Senior engineers & Leadership and planning personnel could also attend this course with the expectation to better understand the precision maintenance and trouble shooting procedures needed in industry.
Course Content:
• Reactive maintenance, • Predictive maintenance, • Preventive maintenance, • PMP setups including plant survey, • Machine selection, • Monitoring techniques, • Trend analysis and correction.
