Introduction
The Integrated Management Program (IMP) presents the core curriculum covered in most oil & gas business management activities, the knowledge & skills acquired will provide delegates with a strong business foundation and enable them to manage more effectively in today's competitive oil & gas business environment. PURPOSE
The purpose of this program is to enhance management skills and to gain confidence on the direction of how we can work together, meet the challenges and achieve the required objectives. This document subscribes the Integrated Management Program (IMP) curriculum, lectures, instructor's background, credits, time schedule, fees and benefits.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
These development programs apply to all middle management suspected to higher levels, project managers and key personnel that will participate in making decisions, as petroleum organizations that are wishes to invest in the enhancement of their management capabilities; Nominations may include the following levels.
Middle Managers – Line management who's responsible for corporate functional activities, explorations, projects, operations, HSE, commercials, Finance, HR & Administration. They are responsible for directing the work of subordinate in all phases of the corporate main activities.
Project Managers – Who is responsible for overall control of project quality and execution, this includes: directing the projects resources; planning project activities, developing the project plan; and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and quality.
Team /Task Leaders – The front-line supervisor of the service activity, who manages a group of practitioners.
The task leader is an experienced practitioner and is assigned responsibility to follow standard processes developed for managing department activities. |
