Course Name: Basic Management Skills
Course Objective: By the end of the proposed program, the participants will learn the appropriate knowledge, skills and attitudes to: - provide participants with the overall perspective of the management process, and acquaint them with functions, responsibilities and roles of management. - raise participants with skills necessary to communicate and deal effectively with managers, colleagues, and subordinates. - equip participants with personal skills necessary for time management and planning, building, directing effective teams, practicing good work habits and encouraging creativity. - Develop participants' skills for directing and leading their employees. - enhance participants’ awareness towards the importance of developing their subordinates and self development.
