Course Name: Business Management Performance
Course Objective: By the end of this Workshop, participants will be able to: • Incorporate “performance management” into their daily routines • Motivate more effectively with feedback, reward and recognition • Identify and deal with under-performance issues • Follow practical guidelines for performance methods such as appraisals, discipline situations and counseling needs • Use tools and techniques to set and measure productivity standards • Encourage and achieve improved productivity through positive performance monitoring, ownership and responsibility
