Integrated Pressure & Production Data Analysis

Module 1 :

Kappa Engineering software’s “Topaze” will be used in the practical training exercises to provide hands on experience in all aspects of production data analysis. Topics will include :

‣ Introduction to Well Performance Analysis
‣ Conventional (Empirical) Decline Curves
‣ Production Analysis Using Type Curves (Fetkovich)
‣ Modern Production Analysis Methods (Blasingame)

Module 2 :

Kappa Engineering’s “Saphir” will be used to provide the practical training skills. Examples and exercises will be worked through out the course , Topics will include :

‣ Introduction to Well Testing
‣ Wellbore and Near-wellbore Effects
‣ Semi-log Analysis
‣ Flow Regimes and Diagnostic Plot
‣ Type Curve Matching for Pressure Data
‣ Integrated Well Test Interpretation Methodology

Module 3 :

► Kappa Engineering’s Emeraude will be used in exercises.
‣ Production Log Tools and What They Measure .
‣ Production Logging QualityControl
‣ Flow Patterns in Producing Wells
‣ Production Logging Interpretation .
