This module establishes how effective leaders and managers behave and will include:
- Exemplary Leadership Practices: Energy, Focus & Urgency
- Work on Operational vision, strategy, goals and task planning
- Managing and Leading Change: Change equation, Stockdale Paradox, Managing Change effectively, Visioning
- Pro-active leadership: Prioritising and allocating time
- Developing localised leadership in your culture
- Set action tasks & arrange ‘buddy’ meetings and discovery leadership experiences
- Developing your emotional intelligence as a leader
Module 2: Making things happen
This module is about personal power & influence and will include:
- Building Productive Relationships
- Best Practice Models and Frameworks for negotiating with and influencing others
- Contract and Service Level Negotiations
- Pursuing Win-Win Outcomes and Actions
- Influencing without authority
- Assessing and enhancing your Influencing styles
- Resolving Difficulties and Conflicts
- Dealing with Tensions and Dirty tricks
- Assessing and strengthening your conflict management styles
- Arrange to meet with line manager
Module 3: Repeatedly delivering what it says on the can
This module is all about sustainable execution and will include:
- Situational Leadership
- Coaching your people and teams for sustainable High Performance
- Care and Growth, appraisal, Performance Management and Development
- Promoting High Performance and Managing Low Performance
- Developing a No Blame High Accountability Culture’
- Target setting and SMART Goals
- Peer Coaching to Problem solve and make decisions
- Action Planning to enhance your leadership and deliver Operational Excellence
- Arrange to meet with ‘buddy’ and line manager and detail your discovery leadership aspirations

Module 1:
