This long – term educational program aimed at bridging the gap between the fresh graduate phase and the Oil & Gas Industry demands. Where it is targeted to help the trainees to change their thoughts to reach the requirements of the industry.
Prepare new hired Geologist, Geophysicist and Petroleum Engineers to participate as effective member in an asset team.
The programs will start with candidates who have enough theoretical background, therefore the programs will focus on adding more topics and practical learning of Oil Industry. In addition to other related soft skills and how they can integrate all available data and think in a multidisciplinary approach with applications.
