Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation Policy - Classroom Training

For cancellations initiated 21 or more days prior to the course start date, no cancellation fees apply. Paid registrants will be refunded registration fees in full, or a credit for the full registration fee will be applied to one or more future course. 

For cancellations initiated less than 21 days prior to the course start date, 75% of the paid course fees will be available as a credit (for one year) for any future PEICE course registration. 

For no-shows, 50% of the paid course fees will be available as a credit (for one year) for any future PEICE course registration. 

Due to the inherent nature of the training business, acceptance of our registration policies includes the understanding that OGS will not be held liable for any cancellation fees incurred by the registrants for travel and accommodation expenses should a course be canceled. 

All cancellations must be received in writing via email (to cancellations@OGS.com.eg) - all cancellation requests will be confirmed via email response.

 

Cancellation Policy - Online Courses and Seminars

Should registered participants be unable to attend sessions for which they are registered, online seminar cancellations are subject to the following: 

Cancellations received in writing (via email to cancellations@ogs.com.eg) 7 or more calendar days prior to the online seminar - full refund or credit for future course or seminar 

Cancellations received in writing (via email to cancellations@ogs.com.eg) 6 or less calendar days prior to the session - 75% of fees refunded or used as a credit for future course or seminar 

Refunds will not be issued to registrants failing to attend online sessions for which they have been registered.

Cancellation Policy - In-House Courses

Once dates for in-house courses have been approved, an invoice for a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of anticipated fees, along with all other agreed-upon terms, will be submitted to the client, via email, Commencing on the invoice date, the course dates will be "temporarily on hold" on the instructor's calendar for a maximum of 30 days. Course dates are automatically confirmed if payment is received within 30 days. Should payment remain outstanding after 30 days, the dates will be automatically released from the instructor's calendar. Payment received later than 30 days from invoice date does not guarantee instructor availability. Should the instructor be unavailable after the 30 day period has elapsed, payment will be returned to the client or the event will be re-scheduled to a mutually agreeable date. A final invoice will be issued upon completion of the event.
